if your page is finished and ready to pulishing , you can save it by uploading it to your web server storage space , to do so , you must have two pieces of information .
first , find the exact location of the computer where you pulish your web pages . this may be an ftp address ( such as ftp://bag-end.hobboton.shire.org/~bilbo/) .
second , you need the user name and password that enables you to access this directory , besure to obtian this information from the person who's running the web server where you plan to publish.
follow these steps to publish your webpage :
1- if you haven't saved your page before , choose save from the file menu , click ctrl+s , or click the save button on the standard toolbar . if you have saved your page before , chooose save as from the file menu . either way , you 'll see the save as diallogbox (xem hinh)

4- at the end of address you just typed , type a slash mark(/) if necessary , followd by a file name for document you're publishing . use the html or htm extension . if you're publishing a document called memoirs .htmc , for example , the page location box would contain the folllowing :ftp://bag-end.hobbiton.shire/~bilbo/memoirs.html
5- click ok , if you haven't previously pulished your page on this server , you'll see a dialogbox asking for your username and password . type these carefully and click ok.
frontpage express now attempts to publish your page , if somethiong goes wrong , you'll see the web publishing wizard , it attemptd to slove the problem that prevented you from publishing the page .

if you 're still having trouble publishing your page click help button in the web publishing wizard . you'll see a troubleshooter that walks you through some possible solutions , also , try calling the person who's responsible for the web server you're using , make sure you have the exact storage location , username and password .

sending email from office applications

if you have an email client ( software for sending and receving email ) on your computer , such as microsoft outlook . you can send office documents in email , you can send a word document , an excel worksheet , or even an en entire powerpoint presentation with an email message .
email client : the email program install onyour computer that you use to send and receving email .
the process for sending email from the diffirent office applications is the smae for word , excel, powrepoint an access. you use the send to command on the file menu . microsoft frontpage also enables you to send email webpage from frontpage document as email , they are actually placed in the body of the email message . in the case of powrepoint and access , the file you curently have open in the application is sent with the email mesaage as an attachment .
next , look at how you can use the email feature in an oofice application . this example uses word .
follow these steps :
1- select file and then point at send to , seclect mail recipient from the cascading menu that appears an email pane ( click view) appears at the top of your office document ( xem hinh).
2- type the email address of recipient into the to box , or click the " to" icon and select an email address from address books , such as your outlook contacts list .
3- when you are ready to send the email , click the " send a copy" buttton at the top of the email addrees pane .
your email is sent and the email pane i removed from the top of your office document window.

but you don't need mailto link to dend email from within nescape . you can also select file /mail document . this bring up a send mail/post news (xem hinh) . nescape suggests a subject the title of the pagel , and pastes the current url into the first line of the message window .
