putting headers and footers on pages

a header is a little despription that appears along the top of a page so that the reader knows what' what . usually , headers include the page number and a tittle . a footer is the same things as a header , except it appears along the bottom of the page , as befits its name .
* to add a header or a footer , follow these steps:
1- choose view => header and footer .
2- type your header in the box , or it you want a footer , click the switch between header and footer buton and type your footer .
3- clickthe close button.
