thứ tư vừa rồi vào ngày 25 tháng mười (2006) , chính quyền địa phương thuộc quận cam , đã tổ chức buổi họp dành cho những người có lợi tức thấp : như kẻ không nhà , người bệnh tâm thần , người lo tiền nhà không nổi ! , chính phủ muốn tung ra 3 tỷ đô-la , quăng vào mặt họ , đây là những con nợ của xã hội ,hay những người đã làm việc , bị tiền nhà "hút" hết như con nghiện hút , có được bao nhiêu tiền cúng cho tiền nhà bấy nhiêu , giả vờ đói khổ ,đủ trò ! .....
cuộc họp trông cũng thú vị , nhiều đại biểu . phát biểu ý kiến ,dự luật đã được đưa ra , sau đó dành cho những người nghèo biểu quyết , ý kiến ...đòi hỏi quyền lợi ..... mọi người cảm thấy vui vẻ , ăn uống , chuyện trò ,"hàn huyên tâm sự" , sau buổi họp , mỗi người được thưởng $20 tiền đi chợ .....
